Vice President, Council Effectiveness
Interns to Council Effectiveness and Council Consultant(s) to learn the process of conducting system wide organizational assessments within a network of affiliated non profits.
Statistical and analytical skills will be used to work with consultants and V.P. on distribution, design and analysis of Council Assessment and Data Collection. The intern will support director in communication to councils related to assessment and data collection, will assist with non profit research on best practices related to organizational assessment and effectiveness.
Intern will work with director to analyze results, identify trend and how to compare/contrast to national data and develop dashboard of council results. The intern will develop skills in conducting council assessment and learning the Core Competencies of successful Non Profit Organizations.
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to analyze basic data and develop reports
- Knowledge of statistics helpful, but not required
- Ability to manage multiple data sets
- Project management skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills
Candidates studying the field of non profit management, business, organizational management, or leadership.
Camp Fire National Headquarters, 1100 Walnut Street, Kansas City, MO.
Typically Monday — Friday between 8:30-5:00.
